MIRA’s experience on Grand Ocean centred on project management for the yacht’s extension and full refit. The role brought the overall programme of work together, connecting the owner’s brief with the coordination and oversight required by a project of this scale.
Our involvement on Emir was at senior level, with overall supervision of the works in the capacity of a board member. This role brought a governance perspective to the programme and oversight of the work as a whole.
On Serenity, our involvement centred on financial advisory and budget supervision. We brought financial oversight to the refit programme, with attention to the budget and the commercial implications of the work.
Our role on Chakra focused on financial advisory and budget supervision. This was a financial oversight role within the refit programme, supporting attention to expenditure and the project’s budget.
