Define the brief

The first task is to understand what the owner wants to achieve. We help translate those requirements into a clear direction for the project, connecting the design ambition with the yacht’s technical needs.

Develop the technical direction

Naval architecture, engineering considerations and design decisions need to work together. Our technical support helps owners evaluate the detail and establish a considered foundation for the refit.

Coordinate the work

Shipyards, manufacturers, suppliers, class societies and flag states each have a role. We support the coordination and communication needed to bring these parties around the owner’s requirements.

Supervise and follow through

Engineering supervision and support with certification carry the technical brief through the process. Attention to the detail helps keep the owner’s specifications at the centre of the work.
