MIRA Yachts’ safety management system is recognised by the Bermuda Shipping and Maritime Authority against the applicable ISM Code objectives.
Our Safety Management System (SMS) provides a structured approach to safe yacht operations and pollution prevention, within the scope recognised by the Authority. For owners, this means clear responsibilities and a consistent framework for managing safety ashore and on board.
We support compliance with applicable Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) requirements, placing crew welfare and working conditions alongside the yacht’s operational needs.
